In plain words
He who pervades the whole universe and shines forth, He who stands as the refuge of His devotees, the one full of power who grants Bhakti and protects: why would He who dwells in Parti not come to your help!
Embodiments of Prema! God, who pervades everywhere, has no need of anyone's prayer, anyone's ideal or anyone's support. He Himself, of His own accord, watches over everything and keeps bestowing His grace. Devotees! The thought ‘Where is God?’ should never arise in us at all. To go searching and asking ‘Where?’ for the Divinity that reveals itself everywhere, at all times and in every hour, is sheer madness! First of all, we must enquire what Divinity really is. Divinity is ever visible in every atom and in every particle. This Prakṛti itself is God. There is no work that God cannot do. Every single moment, His gaze spreads out everywhere. Without recognizing such divine power: “God is not helping us! He is not giving us any help!” To think so is the weakness that is in man.
Bhakti that gives power, and power that gives Bhakti: these two are inseparably bound, each resting on the other. But because of the principle of Māyā in human nature, you cannot recognize the power of God. Above all, you must recognize that every act God performs is for the welfare of Prakṛti alone. Not even the smallest act that God does goes to waste. Man is bewildered because he cannot grasp its meaning, but no act that God does is ever wasted.
This whole earth turns round itself at a speed of nearly a thousand miles an hour. Not only that. It goes round the sun at a speed of 66 thousand miles an hour. Day and night come about because the earth turns round itself.
