Passage 8

Tap any word for its meaning.

In plain words

Multiplicity has entered into oneness, and oneness has entered into multiplicity. That oneness is divinity itself. But you see multiplicity, you make multiplicity, you experience multiplicity. Who were all the Pāṇḍavas? Sons of the one Kuntī Devī. One mother, five sons. This is a handkerchief. Many threads become one and take on the form of this kerchief. The threads are many, but the kerchief is only one. Here all the children look different from one another. But, All are one. If you ask them, ‘Which college are you studying in?’, they will say, ‘We are studying in the Sathya Sai College.’ In this way you must see only oneness, not multiplicity. The oneness in multiplicity is the very truth. So make the effort needed to develop oneness.

Embodiments of Prema! When I see you, I feel great joy. From daybreak till I lie down at night, taking part in many programmes and giving you Ānanda, I live in Ānanda. Can anyone come by such Ānanda? I take no account of blame, praise or rejection. People speak each according to their own feelings. For Me there is no such distinction at all. I am always in Ānanda. To Me all are one. All are one, be alike to everyone.
