In plain words

Afterwards they go off on their own way. But if there is a fault in our feelings, even the cow we raised with so much love will come to gore us. When a person is angry with you, what causes it? It is simply the reaction, resound, reflection of your feelings!

Even gold may fall in value, but goodness never falls in value

Today even children born of one mother quarrel with one another. What is the reason they hate one another like this? Each one's evil mind, nothing else! We must not learn such evil ways of thinking. Here you are studying in a good college. By your goodness you must keep up this college's good name. If you are to earn the name ‘good children’, you must make friends with good people. Tell me your company, I shall tell you what you are. As our ‘company’ is, so we become. So we must keep good ‘company’. But to come by ‘good company’ is great good fortune. Joining good company, we must keep developing good things alone. Yesterday our two MBA students spoke very well. As those boys spoke, I felt great joy. Having such ‘good boys’ in our college is a great joy to us. Those boys studied hard; they won a first class in everything; they received gold medals. But you must not be satisfied merely with winning a first class in studies. All of you must become ‘good boys’. Even gold may fall in value, but goodness never falls in value. So we must learn goodness. Only then shall we earn lasting fame.
