In plain words

This year, after nearly two decades, the anniversary of Mother Easwaramma's passing was once more observed on 6 May at Prasanthi Nilayam in the very presence of the Lord, Sri Sathya Sai, and that was something special. Bhagavān, who had gone to Brindavan on 26 April 2008, came back to Prasanthi Nilayam on 2 May. In the divine discourse He gave on the evening of 6 May, He said that He had come back for no other reason than to be there Himself and see Easwaramma's remembrance day observed. Before His address, Dr. G. Venkataraman, former Vice-Chancellor of Sri Sathya Sai University, spoke. Quoting from Bhagavān's earlier discourses, he said that we must never forget the mother who bore us, our mother tongue or our motherland, and that, taking Swami as our example, we must make our parents happy. After that Bhagavān gave His divine message (it is given in full below)

Boys! Girls! Venkataraman has taught you today's subject well. He is a man of great learning, one who has won high awards as a scientist. What can I say now about the mother of this body? Man is made up of three bodies together: the physical, the mental and the spiritual. That is why I keep telling you: you are not one person; there are three in you. 1. The one you think you are (the physical body). 2. The one others think you are (the mind). 3. The one you really are (the Ātma).
