Go, and come again, my dear child, to your in-laws' home; go, and come again; do not wander along the middle of the streets, my child; do not feel envy at the sight of the people next door, my child; keep patience and Śānti laid down as your pledge, my child; do not answer back to your husband's words again and again, my child; hold service to your husband to be your highest duty, my child; whatever anyone may say, keep silent, my child; keep respect towards the elders, my child; serve your mother-in-law and father-in-law with great devotion, my child; at all times keep meditating on the Lord, my child.
