9The Bhagavan, so honoured, showed him his own world, the highest, beyond which there is nothing: where distress and bewilderment and dread have all gone away, and where men who have seen their own selves sing his praise. 10There passion and darkness do not work, nor clarity mixed with them, nor does time stride there. Maya is not there, much less what comes of her; and there are those faithful to Hari, whom gods and antigods honour. 11Dark and clear, with eyes like the hundred-petalled lotus, dressed in yellow, bright and finely made, all of them four-armed, wearing ornaments of the choicest gleaming gems, full of light: their light like coral, like beryl, like the stalk of a lotus, with flashing earrings and crowns and garlands.
12That place shines all round with the gleaming rows of the great ones' bright airborne cars, lit up by the radiance of the loveliest of women, as the sky is by rows of clouds with lightning in them. 13There Sri, in a body of her own, does honour in many ways and with all her riches to the feet of him who is widely sung. She has taken to a swing, and the followers of the flowering season sing to her while she sings her beloved's doings.
