Verse 13

¹¹Time takes the form of the disturbance of the strands; it is without distinction and without support. The Person in play sent forth his own self as its material. ¹²The universe is Brahman and nothing besides; it stands by Visnu's maya, marked off by the Lord who is time, whose form is unmanifest. ¹³As it is now, so it was before and so it will be after: just such is this. His creation is of nine kinds, both the natural and the derived.
