50Bhagavan said: I and Brahma and Sarva are the highest cause of the world. I am the lord of the self, the one who looks on, sight itself, with nothing to mark me off. 51Twice-born one, I enter my own maya, which is made of the strands, and as I send the world out and guard it and take it away I take on names to fit the work. 52In that Brahman, alone and without a second, the supreme Self, the ignorant man looks and sees Brahma and Rudra and all beings as separate things. 53As a man never takes his own limbs, his head or his hands, for someone else's, so does a man who holds me highest think of all beings. 54Brahmin, the man who sees no division among the three, who are of one being and are the self of every being, comes to peace.
