8And Hari, wearing the form of one who is perfected, speaks knowledge age by age; wearing the form of a sage, he speaks action; and wearing the form of the lord of yoga, yoga. 9In the form of the lord of creatures he brings forth; in the body of a king he kills the robbers; and in the form of time, his strands standing apart, he works for the unbeing of all. 10Praised by these people, whose selves are bewildered by maya in the shape of name and form, he is not seen, for the ways they see by are many. 11This has been declared the measure of the turnings of a day of Brahma, in which those who know the old accounts say there are fourteen periods of Manus.
