They were named Purujit, Rukma, Rukmesu, Prthu and Jyamagha. Jyamagha had no child, and being Saibya's husband he did not out of fear take another wife; he found none. But he carried off a girl of the Bhojas from an enemy's house. Seeing her standing on the chariot, Saibya could not bear it and said to her husband: Who is this, you cheat, who has been put up on the chariot, in my own place? Your daughter-in-law, he said. Then, smiling, she said to her husband: I am barren, and I have no fellow-wife. How does a daughter-in-law fit me? Queen, she will serve for the son you are going to bear. The All-gods and the fathers gave their assent to that. In time Saibya took a child in her womb and bore a fine boy. He was called Vidarbha, and he married that daughter-in-law, a good woman.
