All his own kinsmen and connections, driven to every quarter by their fear of Kamsa, Yadus and Vrsnis and Andhakas, Madhus and Dasarhas and Kukuras and the rest, the maker of the world welcomed and comforted, worn thin as they were by living in foreign places, filled them out with wealth, and settled them again in their own houses. Guarded by the arms of Krsna and Sankarsana, having what they had wished for, their fever taken away by Krsna and Rama, they had all they needed and took their ease at home. Day after day, glad, they looked at the lotus face of Mukunda: always in good cheer, beautiful, its glance a smile with kindness in it.
