Verse 4
They hold on by the word that I am coming· Verses 4–6

4Their minds are on me, their life is me, and for my sake they have let go of what belongs to the body. They have come by their minds to me alone, their beloved, their dearest, their own self. Those who for my sake have let go of the duties of the world, I hold them up. 5When I, the dearest of what is dear to them, am far off, those women of Gokula remember me and lose themselves, dear one, carried away by the longing of the parting. 6For the most part the cowherd women keep hold of their lives with the greatest difficulty, and only somehow, by the messages saying I am coming back. They are mine; their selves are made of me.
