22These were the men who walked the earth seeing the whole world, made of what is and what is not, as the form of the Bhagavan, and not set apart from their own self. 23Nothing checks their going where they wish. Free, they travel as they please through the worlds of the gods, the perfected, the sadhyas, the gandharvas, the yaksas, men, the kinnaras and the snakes, and through the worlds of sages, of caranas, of the lords of spirits, of the vidyadharas, of brahmins and of cows. 24Once they came, of their own accord, to the sacrifice of Nimi, which sages were spreading out for that great soul in Ajanabha. 25Seeing them there, like the sun to look at and great among the Lord's own, king, the man who was sacrificing, the fires, and the brahmins, all alike, stood and waited on them.
26Videha understood that they were given over wholly to Narayana, and, being glad, honoured them as they sat in their places, each as he deserved. 27They shone with a light of their own and were like the sons of Brahma, and the king, greatly pleased and bent low in respect, put a question to those nine.
