In plain words
Āṇṭāḷ, to Kāma: Kāmadēva, with good, fragrant datura flowers and the blossoms of the coral tree I bow at your feet at all three times of day. So that my heart need not burn, and I need not tear you down with words and revile you as a god with no truth in him, fit to your bow arrows of flowers that open in clusters, write in your heart the one name ‘Gōvinda’, and ordain that I enter the lamp called ‘the Wondrous One who rules Vēṅkaṭam’.
