In plain words
The poet, of the fruit of this decad: Kōtai, whose tresses are thronged with bees, gathered and told in fine Tamil these ten verses on the beautiful one [Azhakar] who stands in Māliruñcōlai, whose Cilampāṟu [the Nūpura Gaṅgā] comes rushing down, carrying sandalwood and dark agil wood and beating against its banks. Those who master all ten will reach the feet of Tirumāl.
