In plain words
The poet, of the fruit of this decad: Kōtai of the long tresses, daughter of Viṭṭucittaṉ [Periyāzhvār], lord of the people of Putuvai, where mansions made of gold stand out in splendour, resolved that her own kin should carry her to his holy places, from abiding Mathurā all the way to bountiful Dvārakā, and leave her there; and she sang that resolve in sweet melody. Those who can recite this garland of fine words will have Vaikuṇṭha alone for their dwelling.
