In plain words

Āṇṭāḷ, to her mothers: In this world, where no one oversteps the command of the Lord whose victorious banner bears Garuḍa, the mother who bore him [Yaśōdā] has raised him to be of use to no one, and bitter as neem besides. Take these faultless breasts of mine, which desire no other, and bind them, pressed close, to the lovely shoulders of the young prince, like branches of the wishing tree [kaṟpaka], so that the one fault they have, that they live only for those shoulders, may be cleared.
