In plain words

Āṇṭāḷ, to her mothers: If I cannot, in this very birth, do Gōvinda some small intimate service, to end the torment of my full breasts, what good is penance done hereafter, gone to another world [Paramapadam]? If he holds me to his lovely chest, true to those who seek him, that is good; or if one day he looks me in the face, tells me the truth, 'I do not need you; go', and gives me leave, that will be better still.
