In plain words
The poet, to the Lord: You are not one whose form is supremacy alone: your form is the radiant form in which you give yourself to your devotees. The people of the wide earth speak of you only by your great form as Lord of all. Those who know how that one form [in which you give yourself to your own] is the ground of every soul's salvation, I tell you, can stand firm and protect the world rightly.
