In plain words
If jōg could be had by wandering naked, every deer in the forest would go free. What is it to go naked, what is it to tie on a skin, when you have not recognised Ātam Rām? *(refrain)* If shaving the head brought perfection, why has not one sheep gone free? If holding back the *bindu* carried us across, brother, why has the eunuch not reached the highest state? Says Kabīr, listen, brother men: without the name of Rām, who has ever reached that state? *bindu*, the seed; to hold it back is to hold to continence.
