The young soul shakes and trembles. I do not know what my Beloved will do. The night has gone; take care, or the day will go as well. The black bees have flown, and the white cranes have come and settled. *(refrain)* Water will not stay in an unbaked pot. The swan is going, and the body has withered. Like an unmarried girl putting on her ornaments: how is she to taste delight without a husband? My arm aches with shooing the crows away. Says Kabīr, this tale is over.
