In plain words
The poet, surrendering to the Lord of Viṟṟuvakkōṭu: All the rivers gather their waters and shine, spread out and run, and cannot stay anywhere without entering the deep sea. Just like them, O Lord of Viṟṟuvakkōṭu, whose hue is a cloud shining exceedingly, O Lord of all merit, see: I plunge into nothing but your auspicious qualities, which have entered my heart and shine there.
