In plain words

The cloud-hued one, the Four-faced One, Indra and the gods with their royal crowns crowd and jostle to worship the Dancer of the Hall. Those stubborn ones who show him no love go swaggering about: what is that to me now? I have begun to go about as a servant to the devotees of his devotees.

Line by line

The cloud-hued one, the Four-faced One, Indra, with royal crowns the gods crowding worship the Dancer of the Hall; to him love not showing, the stubborn ones swaggering wander: to me what is it now? I, his devotees' devotees' servant becoming, to wander I have begun indeed.
