In plain words

"The cassia blossom of our Lord of flowering Pukali, on his crown of matted hair, where the many tongues of the swift snakes in their troops rear up hissing!" Saying so, she rose up. What is she to do? If you show her once more the angry bull, it will pass.

Line by line

Saying so, she rose up. What will she do? Once more the angry bull if you show her, it will pass; swift in their troops, of the snakes, with hissing, rearing up, the many tongues, the matted crown; our the Lord of flowering Pukali's cassia blossom.
