In plain words

Yaśōdā calls the child to his bath: "With the stale smell of the butter you have been dabbling in and the dust of your play on you, I will firmly not let you lie tonight rubbing yourself against the bed; I have been waiting here so long with oil and ripe tamarind. Lord whom no one can reach by his own effort, Nāraṇa, come and bathe!"
