In plain words
Hanumān says: While you two were staying at Citrakūṭa, a low crow [Jayanta, Indra's son, in that form] touched your breast; he took up the Brahmāstra [set on a blade of darbha grass] and loosed it, and the crow fled, roaming through all the worlds, and [finding no refuge] cried, Wondrous one, O Rāma, I take refuge in you!; and that the missile itself then took only one of its eyes: that is one more token.
