In plain words
The poet, of the fruit of this decad: Paṭṭarpirāṉ of Putuvai, where the red paddy grows tall and ripens in the fields, its heads bowed like horses' heads, master of the Vedas, shining with the wealth of service to the Lord, sang this garland of ten, telling the signs of where they saw the wondrous one whose body is like a dark rain-cloud. Devotees whose hearts are set on reciting it will reach the feet of the Supreme One.
