In plain words
The poet, of Tirukkōṭṭiyūr: In Tirukkōṭṭiyūr live those who never speak a word unfit for the tongue, who tend [the Lord's devotees] as guests every day, perform the Lord's worship and meditate closely on him the Veda speaks of; why ever did he who made all things make those sinners who do not think of the First Cause there, who set right the affairs of the Three [Brahmā, Śiva and Indra], I wonder?
