In plain words
The poet, of the fruit of this decad: Viṭṭucittaṉ, ruler of Villiputtūr, praised by his clan the Vēyar, spoke this garland of ten on the Lord of wondrous power, on Madhusūdana [slayer of Madhu], on Mādhava [beloved of Śrī], whom the knowers of the Veda praise, on the bull among the cowherds, on Acyuta [who never lets his own slip], who sleeps on the serpent couch in Araṅgam: those who can recite all ten with pure minds [seeking nothing else] will themselves be servants of the one coloured like a flawless sapphire.
