In plain words
The poet, of the fruit of this decad: Viṭṭucittaṉ, lord of the people of Putuvai [Villiputtūr], where well-being dwells secure, spoke these ten verses of great Tamil on the father of Kāma, a lion to his foes, the little boy with dark curls, sweet to see, Vāmana, my Lord coloured like an emerald, Mādhava [Śrī's consort], Madhusūdana: those who recite them lovingly, holding them as his very names, will swiftly reach the world of Nārāyaṇa [Vaikuṇṭha].
