In plain words

The poet, to the Lord: O you above all, who bear the discus, O my benefactor: setting your love for Ananta and for Garuḍa at something slight and small, you came into my heart, stayed there and made me live. Dwelling on you continually within my heart, my heart melting, my eyes streaming with tears, just by dwelling [on what you did for me] I am rid of my weariness.
