In plain words
The poet, to the people of the world: The worlds in all their quarters, the gods who dwell in those quarters, and the works that befit those gods: all of these are things made to bewilder, created by Kaṇṇaṉ, whose qualities never wane, the Māl of boundless love, who churned the ocean [for the gods], whose hue is that of the rain-cloud and the sea.
