In plain words
The poet, to the people of the world: If they join their hands in worship to him who is hard to reach in thought [by their own effort] and far away, the dark one of red eyes and a thousand names, they will not be crushed by their deeds, they will not go into the fierce hell, and not by a millet grain's worth will they stray into evil ways.
