In plain words

Amutaṉār: When Kārttikaiyāṉ [Skanda], the elephant-faced one [Gaṇeśa], Fire, the three-eyed god [Śiva], Mōṭi [Durgā] and the god of Fever had turned their backs and fled, and praised him, "O you from whose navel-lotus the three worlds blossomed!", the Pure One forgave Bāṇa his wrong. Rāmānuja, who praises him, is my treasure laid safely by.
