Amutaṉār: To those who reach our Rāmānuja come, of themselves, radiance befitting their true nature, patience, strength [mastery of the senses], fame, good and refined knowledge, and the wealth that is devotion. When the world suffered under cruel Kali, he came in his generosity, lifted it up and protected it, he whose austerity is the rare one [surrender to the Lord].
