Amutaṉār, to Rāmānuja: Today you made me fit and set me firm in servitude [to your devotees, its furthest state]. Why, before, did you let my days go by in vain and leave me cast outside? O Rāmānuja, who never part from the speech of the fortunate [who know you as you are], when I look at the way of your grace it is hard to discern. Tell me this subtle matter yourself.
