In plain words
Amutaṉār: Rāmānuja drank in the songs, rich in sound, of the lord of learning [his sacred works] from Kuṟaiyal [Tirumaṅgai Āzhvār], where fields of red paddy bustle with work; his heart swelled, and by that he became a lion great in strength. I shall praise how he came into this world because the tigers who twist the Veda had grown many.
