The River Samaṅgā

Then, in his mother's presence, his father said to Aṣṭāvakra: Go quickly into this river Samaṅgā. He went in, and at once his limbs were made straight. From then on the Samaṅgā was a holy river, and whoever bathes in it is freed from sin.
