In plain words
The poet, to the Lord: O our Lord! Lord of the divine discus [and so of all], you became the fish roaming the waters and became the tortoise, and you grew in greatness, and your love abounded; and beyond that you became the son of the herdswoman [Yaśōdā] whose waist is slender as a twig or a snake, and so became our Lord too. How is it?
