In plain words
The poet, to the Lord: You are the beloved of the Lady who dwells on the great flower [Śrī Mahālakṣmī] and of the Lady Earth [Bhūmi]; more than that, you took in marriage the shoulders of Piṉṉai [Nīḷā] of the herdsmen; and beyond all this you set your feet firmly in my heart, never to part, and so gave me great good. Are you not the one of lotus-like limbs who dwells in Araṅgam, ringed by the Poṉṉi?
