In plain words

His face shining inside a frame of curling hair; a crown of gems above it; earrings flashing at both cheeks; necklace and armlet, bangles throwing light; the little waist-bells ringing sweet — that dark one, him I worship.

Close to the Sanskrit

Him whose face is radiant with curled locks, whose crown is of jewels, whose glittering earrings are at the two cheeks, wearing necklace and armlet, brilliant with bangles, lovely with tiny bells — that dark-hued one I worship.
