आविद्यकं शरीरादि दृश्यं बुद्बुदवत्क्षरम् ।एतद्विलक्षणं विद्यादहं ब्रह्मेति निर्मलम् ॥ ३१ ॥

The body and all that comes with it are made of ignorance — things you can look at, breaking up like bubbles on water. Know what is of an entirely different order from all that, know it as spotless: I am Brahman.

The body and the rest, born of ignorance, are objects of perception, perishable like a bubble. One should know that which is distinct from this, the stainless, as 'I am Brahman.'
