In plain words

She wears the moon and the sun as her crest-jewels, and her grace comes down along the flicker of her red-tinged eyes. Her face is beautiful, smiling. She guards this whole world, everything that moves and everything that stands still; she is what the word "That" names. At the tip of her quivering campaka-flower nose a pearl catches the light and makes her lovelier still. She lives on the hill of Śrīśaila. On her — the Goddess, Śrī Mātā, the Mother — I fix my mind.

Close to the Sanskrit

Her whose crest-jewels are moon and sun, whose compassion is inclined toward us by tremulous reddish eyes; her of the beautiful smiling face; the protectress of the world, moving and unmoving; her who is what the word 'That' denotes; her who is made lovely by the pearl-gem flashing at the tip of her quivering campaka-flower nose; her who dwells on the ground of Śrīśaila — the Bhagavatī, Śrī Mātā, I meditate upon.
