Brahmānucintanaṃ

Verse 17

अकर्ताऽहमभोक्ताऽहमसङ्गः परमेश्वरः ।सदा मत्सन्निधानेन चेष्टते सर्वमिन्द्रियम् ॥ १६ ॥

In plain words

I am not the doer. I am not the enjoyer. Nothing clings to me — I am the supreme Lord. And always, it is my nearness alone by which every sense moves.

A non-doer am I, a non-enjoyer am I, unattached, the supreme Lord. Always, by my presence, every sense organ moves.
