Brahmānucintanaṃ

Verse 2

In plain words

A Brief Reflection on Brahman. "I myself am the supreme Brahman — imperishable, and called Vāsudeva." Be certain of that, and you are free. Otherwise you stay bound.

Close to the Sanskrit

Brahmacintanikā (A Brief Reflection on Brahman). "I alone am the supreme Brahman, imperishable, named Vāsudeva" — thus should one be certain, he is liberated; otherwise he would be bound indeed.
