कोशानेतान्पञ्च रसादीनतिहायब्रह्मास्मीति स्वात्मनि निश्चित्य दृशिस्थम् ।पित्रा शिष्टो वेद भृगुर्यं यजुरन्तेतं संसारध्वान्तविनाशं हरिमीडे ॥ २० ॥

He walked past these five sheaths, the food-sheath first, and settled it in his own Self: I am Brahman. What he found was the One standing in the very act of seeing. Bhṛgu, taught by his father, knew Him at the close of the Yajus. Him I praise — Hari, the ending of saṃsāra's darkness.
