In plain words
The king of the gods himself waits at his feet — lotuses, and purifying. A serpent lies across his chest for a sacred thread. The moon rides in his hair. He is a mine of compassion, and it never runs out. Nārada and the whole host of yogins after him stand and salute him. The open directions are his only clothing. Kālabhairava, sovereign of the city of Kāśī — he is the one I worship.
Close to the Sanskrit
Him whose purifying lotus-feet are served by the king of the gods, who wears a serpent for a sacred thread, who is moon-crested, who is a mine of compassion; him who is saluted by the hosts of yogins beginning with Nārada, who is clad in the directions — Kālabhairava, sovereign lord of the city of Kāśī, I worship.
