In plain words

The elephants of the directions raise golden pitchers, and from their mouths the clear, bright water of heaven's river falls and runs down over her. At dawn I bow to her: mother of the worlds, wife of the Lord who rules every world with none left out, daughter of the ocean of nectar.

Close to the Sanskrit

Her limbs bathed in the stainless, lovely water of the heavenly river, released from the mouths of golden pitchers by the elephants of the directions — at dawn I bow to the Mother of the worlds, the wife of the Overlord of all the worlds without remainder, the daughter of the nectar-ocean.
