In plain words

She whose garments are crimson like the indragopa insect. The indragopa is a soft-bodied, eight-legged red insect that appears during the monsoon rains under the stars of Ardra and Magha. Her raiment is of that same brilliant red, or her radiant beams shine with that crimson hue. Salutations to Her whose garments are red like the indragopa. She who is known by the syllable 'La'. Her name is the foundational mantra containing the letter 'La'. Alternatively, 'La' represents the seed-mantra of Indra, as scripture declares, or the seed-mantra of Maya, signifying the motionless cosmic illusion. Salutations to Her who is named by the syllable 'La'. She who is worshipped by chaste women. The word 'latā' (creeper) refers to women who bow in deep humility, supremely devoted wives like Arundhati. They worship Her as their chosen deity to secure enduring marital grace, for it is said: 'By propitiating the Great Goddess, one secures both worldly joy and ultimate freedom.' Alternatively, in Her specific manifestations such as Kedara Gauri, She is worshipped with forest vines and wild offerings, revealing Her as the huntress Shabari or the forest Goddess Vanadurga. Salutations to Her who is worshipped by chaste women. She who is the sovereign of dissolution, preservation, and creation. These attributes are to be understood in reverse order (creation, preservation, dissolution). Creation is the manifestation of the universe as an effect. Preservation is its enduring existence, experienced within the limits of time and capable of being known. Dissolution...

Harigopāruṇāṃśukā: 'Harigopa' means the indragopa insect, which appears during the monsoon season in the Ardra and Magha nakshatras, having eight legs, red color, soft body, and being a specific type of insect. Similarly, 'śoṇam aṃśukam' means red garment, with the 'ka' suffix added in its own sense, or it means whose rays are like that. Om Harigopāruṇāṃśukāyai namaḥ. Lakārākhyā: She whose name or signifying word is the root mantra containing the letter 'La'. Or it means the meaning of the letter 'La', which is the seed-mantra of Indra, as per the scripture 'with Indra'. Or it means the seed-mantra of Maya containing the letter 'La', meaning motionless Maya. Om Lakārākhyāyai namaḥ. Latāpūjyā: 'Latā' means those who bow down, bend, and become extremely humble, referring to highly chaste women like Arundhati and others. She is to be worshipped by them as their chosen deity for enduring marital felicity. As it is said: 'By worshipping the supreme Goddess, one attains both worldly enjoyment and liberation.' Alternatively, in specific forms of Gauri like Kedara, she is adorned and worshipped with creepers, indicating wild articles of worship. The meaning is she is the huntress (Shabari) or the forest Goddess (Vanadurga). Om Latāpūjyāyai namaḥ. Layasthityudbhaveśvarī: The attributes should be construed in reverse order. 'Udbhava' means that which arises, the manifestation in the form of effects. 'Sthiti' means preservation, which is being endowed with experiential reality limited by a time capable of being an object of cognition. 'Laya'...
