In plain words
Even though gold lacks the exact nature of silver, there is no contradiction in attributing an earthly basis to it here; just as moisture is naturally found in its earthy product because of its inherent source, this pillar is truly golden and a transformation of gold. Just as a magnificent golden pillar effortlessly bears the weight of a jewel-studded pavilion while serving as its chief ornament, so too the seed-mantra hrīṃ sustains the entire universe, acts as its ultimate cause, encompasses all within itself, and yields supreme bliss. The description 'consisting of hrīṃ' employs metaphor to illumine this divine adornment, projecting complete identity onto the primary term through the suffix maya. Just as a rare and exquisite coral figurine set against a golden pillar enhances the entire hall and exalts its lord, so too does the supreme Goddess Śrī—who is the very living essence and conventional meaning of this seed mantra—grace, adorn, and fulfill the entire universe. Salutation to her who is the coral figurine upon the golden pillar of hrīṃ. Salutation to her who is the Veda and Upaniṣad of hrīṃ, the supreme sacrificial gift of the ritual of hrīṃ, and the fresh wish-fulfilling creeper in the heavenly garden of hrīṃ.

Even though there is an absence of being silver, since there is no contradiction in the earthliness here—just as liquidity is perceived in earth which is its effect, due to its nature as an originating source—this golden pillar is both a modification and golden. While the golden pillar bears the weight of the nine-gem pavilion, by virtue of being non-different from it and serving precisely as its ornament, a similar comparison applies to hrīṃ: while being the support of the universe, its cause, and contained within it, and generating supreme bliss, the figurative expression 'consisting of hrīṃ' is used for the purpose of illuminating the metaphorical ornament. In hrīṃ, which is the subject of comparison, through the suffix maya, non-difference with the standard of comparison is imagined. In that variegated tawny principal form, manifesting in association with it precisely like a coral figurine—where the term golden pillar is an implicatory sign for walls and other structures, because such prevalence is observed, and the adoption of that imagery is to show the extreme visual beauty of the inherently charming pillar, just as a scarce coral statuette enhances the pillared hall, its lord, and its grandeur—in the exact same manner, even the supreme Goddess Śrī, being established conventionally as the meaning of this seed mantra and manifesting through it, adorns and fulfills all such entities. Salutation to her who is the coral figurine on the golden pillar consisting of hrīṃ. She who is the Veda and Upaniṣad of hrīṃ, the sacrificial fee of the hrīṃ sacrifice, the fresh wish-fulfilling creeper in the Nandana garden of hrīṃ.
